Spanish Lessons in the Wild: A Hiking Trip in Ɓvila

At Anteriad Spain, we don’t just talk about learning, we live it.
Our core value Lead and Learn is part of everything we do, from leveling up skills in the office to turning a hike into a language lesson.

As one of the many perks of working here, team members can join free weekly language classes in both Spanish and English. Whether you’re new to Spain or looking to strengthen your English language skills, our beginner and intermediate sessions are designed to help you grow, both personally and professionally.

Recently, team members from our Spanish classes took their learning outdoors and joined their teacher for a 7.9km hike through Valle del TiĆ©tar . Starting from the beautiful village of San Esteban del Valle, the group practiced their Spanish in real conversations, shared laughs, soaked in the scenery, and capped off the day with ā€œpatatas revolconasā€ and pizza.

This adventure reinforced our belief that learning is most powerful when it’s active, practical, and shared.

Thomas Jefferson University MBA Students Visit Anteriad Spain!

We were pleased to welcome a group of MBA students from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia to Anteriad Spain this week!

Their visit began in our onboarding room, where they received an introduction to our company and how we help businesses navigate the B2B landscape. From there, they toured our office, gaining firsthand insights into the roles of our teams and how we collaborate to drive results.

Engaging with these future business leaders was a fantastic experience, and we enjoyed sharing our expertise while gaining fresh perspectives from their academic journey. We have no doubt they’re on the path to great success!

Anteriad Ambassador Program

SinƩad and Daragh

Great people know great people! That's why at Anteriad Spain we celebrate our team playing a key role in helping us find colleagues who embody our values and culture.

The Anteriad Ambassador Program was created to empower employees to help us find top talent by recommending people they know who share our work ethic and mindset. Any Anteriad Spain employee can become an ambassador by referring a friend, former colleague, or connection for one of our open roles. Once a referral is hired and part of our team for half a year, the Anteriad ā€œAmbassadorā€ will get a special bonus for introducing us!

Here is our latest Anteriad Ambassador success story: SinƩad and Daragh!

Interested in learning more about this program? Ask our Recruitment team for details.

Who are SinƩad and Daragh?

SinĆ©ad: I’m from Kildare in Ireland but I moved to Madrid in 2018 after finishing a degree in French and Spanish. I started in Anteriad back when it was known as BNZSA, and I’ve been here almost five years now! Outside of work, I’m involved with the local GAA club Madrid Harps where I’ve been on the committee for the last few years. I also enjoy going to concerts and festivals when I can!

Daragh: I came to Madrid from Dublin about 2 years ago on the strong recommendations of some friends and haven’t looked back since! I started at Anteriad 9 months ago and since then have enjoyed a nice lifestyle of both playing and watching football games, exercising, going to museums and spending any spare time I can in Retiro park!

What teams do you work on?

SinĆ©ad: I’m the Field Marketing Manager, so I work with the global marketing team while also handling local marketing and communications for Europe. My job is very varied, so I work with many of our local teams in Spain, including Sales, HR, and Office Management!

Daragh: I’m on the Wholigans, an amazing group of UK, Ireland and Nordic Rockers, lead wonderfully by Ali. The atmosphere on our Tuesday team days is always so energetic and we have a great time together in our well-earned happy hours!

What do you like most about working here?

SinĆ©ad: Most people will give you the same answer—the people! And there’s a reason for that. There’s a great sense of community in the office. With such an international environment, I love meeting people from all walks of life. I’ve met some of my best friends working here!

Daragh: I could very easily copy SinĆ©ad's answer, but for the sake of variety, I’ll say the work-life balance it allows you to have. With the option to work from home some days and the considerably manageable work schedule, it allows you to feel satisfied in having worked during the week but having more than enough time leftover to fully enjoy Madrid and life in general.

What advice would you give to someone starting at Anteriad?

SinĆ©ad: Jump right into it. The Onboarding team will get you up and running, and beyond that, there is such an opportunity to learn and grow your career here. Never be afraid to ask questions!

Daragh: Calling can be terrifying at first, but if you look at it as a skill rather than a job, then you can start not only to improve, but to enjoy the process! Responding dynamically to DMs, improvising, and perfecting your CRM management in your own style are all things that you can increase proficiency in over time. And the results for doing so - while financially beneficial, which is nice - feel absolutely amazing!

Anteriad Ambassador Program

Amy and Rodrigo

At Anteriad Spain, our people are our greatest asset. So, who better to help us find the best candidates than those who have already embraced our values and culture?

Introducing the Anteriad Ambassador Program, an initiative designed to leverage the talent and network of our existing team members to bring in new, exceptional colleagues. Any Anteriad Spain employee can become an ambassador by recommending a someone they know who reflects our business values for one of our open vacancies. Once hired and being part of the team for half a year, the Anteriad ā€œAmbassadorā€ will get a special bonus for introducing us!

Here's one of our latest Anteriad Ambassador success stories, Amy and Rodrigo! To learn more about the Anteriad Ambassador program, feel free to ask our Recruitment team.

Who are Amy and Rodrigo?

Amy: I'm from London, but my family moved to Menorca when I was younger. It was a big change going to such a calm island from the hustle and bustle of London! I then moved to Madrid three years ago to be with my partner, and it was one of the best decisions I have made! I absolutely love the people and the food, this city really feels like home, and I still have my family close.

Rodrigo:  I was born and raised in Switzerland but moved to Madrid when I was about 11 years old. I started in Anteriad in October 2023 after finishing my master's degree in geopolitics and strategic studies. I'm a huge history buff and love spending as much time reading as possible. As a matter of fact, I've been working on building a personal library for the past few years – I currently have around 350 books!

What teams do your work on?

Amy: I'm on the UK team.

Rodrigo: And I'm part of the US team.

What do you like most about working at Anteriad Spain?

Amy: The people I'm surrounded with! There's such great energy around the office.

Rodrigo: Same! It's got to be the people and the team; everyone has amazing energy and will support you with anything you may be having a hard time with.

What advice would you give to someone starting at Anteriad Spain?

Amy: Take in as much information as you can when you are onboarding, but you are not going to remember everything. It is okay to make minor mistakes and learn as you go!

Rodrigo: Definitely don't stress. It can be a little overwhelming at the beginning. Try to absorb as much information as you can, and don't be afraid to ask your TL, coach, or coworkers as many questions as needed. You'll soon get the hang of it, and you'll most definitely improve little by little every single day until the time comes when you'll be the one supporting others.

Anteriad Ambassador Program

Stephan and Melissa

At Anteriad Spain, our people are our greatest asset. So, who better to help us find the best candidates than those who have already embraced our values and culture?

Introducing the Anteriad Ambassador Program, an initiative designed to leverage the talent and network of our existing team members to bring in new, exceptional colleagues. Any Anteriad Spain employee can become an ambassador by recommending a someone they know  who reflects our business values for one of our open vacancies. Once hired and being part of the team for half a year, the Anteriad ā€œAmbassadorā€ will get a special bonus for introducing us!

Here's one of our latest Anteriad Ambassador success stories, Stephan and Melissa!  To learn more about the Anteriad Ambassador program, feel free to ask our Recruitment team.

Who are Stephan and Melissa?

Stephan: I’m half Swedish and half Spanish and consider myself pretty lucky to have spent my life moving between the two. I started on the phone in 2021 at BNZSA (now Anteriad) and have since had the privilege of being a Coach and Quality Control, then Team Leader and now the Program Manager, operating with the Intel vPro Promoters.  Without a doubt, my greatest passion outside of work is my daughter Greta who is nearly 10 years old. From Metallica to Aitana, she loves singing and dancing and we even play in a band together when the stars align. Travel also plays a huge part in my life, either on my motorbike or with Greta in our RV.

Melissa:  I was born in Torino, Italy, and when I was 8 years old, we moved to Barcelona. Now I’ve been living in Madrid for a few years, and thanks to Stephan I had the opportunity to join Anteriad. I am very happy and look forward to learning more and continuing to develop myself professionally. Personally, I would describe myself as a dreamer and adventure-seeker. You’ll always find me with a smile on my face because I believe that a positive attitude is essential to enjoying work and in general, life.

What teams do your work on?

Stephan: I’m currently the Program Manager working with the Intel vPro Promoters where I coordinate their work around the world.

Melissa: I am very proud to be working on the International Team and am currently working on Spanish campaigns, where my Catalan has come in handy with some prospects!  And I speak Italian too, so I also hope to work on Italian campaigns in the future.

What do you like most about working at Anteriad Spain?

Stephan: The colleagues absolutely, they are the foundation of Anteriad. Also, the diversity in the day-to-day challenges, no day is like the other.

Melissa: Because of some of my past work experiences, there's a lot to love here: the inclusion, the Team Days, and the atmosphere.  There’s a sense of camaraderie, and I feel I always have the help and support of my supervisors and colleagues, and the possibility to keep learning and growing.

What advice would you give to someone starting at Anteriad Spain?

Stephan: Buckle up, friend! You’re in for a ride that you won’t forget! Enjoy the opportunity you have here to learn, share and show what you’re made of. 😊

Melissa: Enjoy the trip and the experience. Working here is unique, so make the most of it and you'll learn more than you imagined. ā€œLife is a climb, but the view is great.ā€

The University of North Texas Visits Anteriad Spain!

We were delighted to receive a delegation of Business & Management undergraduates from the University of North Texas at Anteriad Spain this week!

During their visit to Madrid, they took the opportunity to visit our office to get a hands-on view of the ins-and-outs of how people work together, and how things get done in the B2B world, gaining insights on B2B marketing and taking in our multi-cultural work environment.

The future is bright with a young group like this!

Meet the Recruitment Team - Rafael

Tell me about yourself.

My name is Rafael, and I am a dedicated psychologist with a deep passion for my work. I started my career as a forensic psychologist in investigations and later transitioned to the HR and recruitment field, where I have over six years of successful experience.

How long have you been at Anteriad?

I have been with Anteriad for a month as the newest team member. Since my arrival, we've made significant progress by combining my colleagues' extensive experience with psychological factors, enhancing both our quality and response times.

What teams do you recruit for?

I am focusing on various foundational functions for the department, so I do not have a single defined team yet. However, I am supporting different processes.

What do you look for in candidates?

At Anteriad, we provide new employees with all the knowledge they need to succeed, along with the necessary tools and a growth-oriented environment. What I look for in a candidate are skills that cannot be taught, such as human warmth, insight, willpower, and a strong desire to grow with us.

As a Recruiter, what advice do you have for those interviewing for a job as a Rocker (or Roadie) at Anteriad?

Be yourself, tell us about your plans, and above all, ask any questions that come to your mind. We have a very human and objective model for conducting our processes. Feel confident. It doesn't matter if this is your first job or if you're considering a career change and coming to a new adventure with us.

What is your favourite thing about working at Anteriad?

At Anteriad, I find a company that cares about the well-being of its employees, provides the opportunities I seek, and where I feel fulfilled professionally. Anteriad is a place where I feel happy from Monday to Friday, and that means everything to me.
