Anteriad Ambassador Program 2026

Julio and Tiago

Some referrals come from former colleagues. Others come from friends. And sometimes, they come from family.

At Anteriad Spain, our Ambassador Program encourages employees to recommend people they believe would be a great addition to our team. If we hire them and they successfully complete six months with the company, the employee who made the introduction receives an Ambassador bonus as a thank you for helping us grow with the right people.

Here we spotlight an Anteriad Ambassador success story that starts with family. Julio has known Tiago since his brother-in-law was nine years old, and jokes he’s been "trying to mould him into the young gentleman he has become" ever since. 😜 So, when the opportunity came to confidently recommend someone he knew well, Julio didn't have to think twice. It’s been a win for everyone!

Who are Julio and Tiago?

Julio: I was born in the small town of Bela-Bela, South Africa, and I’m proud of my Portuguese roots. At 19, I moved to Pretoria to study sport science while working as a waiter, eventually managing a restaurant before opening my own. That experience sparked a lifelong passion for business. Nearly three years ago, my beautiful wife, 2 daughters, and I moved to Madrid, which we’re happy to call home. I work at Anteriad Spain as a BDR, and it's been a great fit. Outside of work, you’ll find me enjoying all things business and sport, discovering great food, and appreciating a good glass of wine every now and then.

Tiago: I was also born in South Africa, in Pretoria, where football was my biggest passion from an early age. After playing professionally for five years, I decided at 24 to move into business, co-owning a butchery for 6 years before moving on to start a new chapter. Living in Europe had always been a goal of mine, so a year ago I made the move to Spain. I got hired at Anteriad, and when I'm not working, I enjoy playing football or padel, going for a run, and, of course, spending time with the family and friends I’m so lucky to have here.

What teams do you work on?

Julio: I work with our APAC team.

Tiago: I started as a BDR in the UK market and now work in Operations across the UK, APAC, and the US teams, which keeps every day interesting.

What do you like most about working here?

Julio: The international environment really stands out. Every day you get to work with people from different backgrounds and cultures, and that makes the workplace both enjoyable and rewarding. And I certainly don't mind my earlier hours working for the APAC team!

Tiago: For me, it's definitely the people. Everyone is willing to help each other reach their goals, no matter where or what team they're on. It's beautiful to see that sense of teamwork every day.

What advice would you give to someone starting at Anteriad?

Julio: Set yourself ambitious goals, then break them down into smaller, achievable steps. Stay focused on what matters most, prepare thoroughly for each day, and you’ll put yourself in the best position to succeed. And finally, consistency is key: dial regularly, stay disciplined, and trust the process.

Tiago: Staying motivated is fundamental. Whatever the challenge, keep a positive mindset and don't be afraid to ask for help. There's plenty of support around you, so make the most of it and always give your best.

🌞Q2 2026 Anteriad-versary: Summer Chill-Out Edition

When the Roadies come to Madrid, we celebrate properly. 🙌

We wrapped up Q2 in style by handing out anniversary T-shirts, soaking up some serious summer sun, and taking a moment to appreciate the people who make this whole thing run. There's a lot going on at Anteriad right now, and moments like this matter. 💙

Good teams don't just hit targets. They show up for each other too! 👏

Meet the Recruitment Team - Rodrigo

Tell me about yourself.

Hey there! My name is Rodrigo and I'm half Swiss, half Spanish, and I've got a degree in Political Science and a master's in Geopolitics and Security Studies. I enjoy the outdoors, having a good time with friends, and learning about any topic that may catch my eye. I’m also quite the bookworm, so if you've got any recommendations on books to read, I'm all ears!

How long have you been at Anteriad?

I started in October 2023, shortly after finishing my master's degree. I first rocked the phones as a BDR with the US team and then joined the Recruitment team in April 2025.

What teams do you recruit for?

My main focus at the moment is hiring for the German team, but I also support other recruitment needs and processes.

What do you look for in candidates?

For me, energy and attitude go a long way. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy being part of a team, and are adaptable, that’s key. Our fantastic L&D department and Coaches can teach you the hard skills you need to succeed but having that passion and drive to learn and improve is something you need to bring to the table yourself.

As a Recruiter, what advice do you have for those interviewing for a job as a Rocker (or Roadie) at Anteriad?

Just be yourself. If we send you materials before the interview, make sure to review them. Get a good night’s rest beforehand, and please ask anything that comes to mind — there are no wrong or bad questions. Hopefully, we’ll get to know each other a little better and have fun along the way.

What is your favourite thing about working at Anteriad?

That’s got to be the people. It’s such a dynamic, international, and vibrant environment, filled with truly amazing stories and backgrounds. On top of that, the company offers yoga, fitness, language classes, BBQs, breakfasts, and even the daily bus—fun ways we get to connect beyond our desks.

Q3 Anteriad-versary!

🍂 Last week, we were delighted to have all our Roadies back in town to wrap up Q3 and celebrate with our Anteriad-versary ceremony in Madrid!

Congratulations to Mike, Jeff, Bjork, and Marcelo, who received their one-year T-shirt. We can't wait to see how you keep growing with us. 🚀

Will you be celebrating with us in Q4?

Team Spirit Served Up with Some Ping Pong!

At Anteriad, we believe a strong culture of community drives our success.

🏓We recently celebrated our first Ping Pong Tournament, where colleagues paired up across departments, cheered each other on, and even showed off some surprisingly sharp backhand skills! The final wrapped up just last week, but the tournament wasn’t just about winning. It was about building connections and living our value to Collaborate and Celebrate.

If you’re looking for a workplace where team spirit and community matter, we’d love to hear from you.

Spanish Lessons in the Wild: A Hiking Trip in Ávila

At Anteriad Spain, we don’t just talk about learning, we live it.
Our core value Lead and Learn is part of everything we do, from leveling up skills in the office to turning a hike into a language lesson.

As one of the many perks of working here, team members can join free weekly language classes in both Spanish and English. Whether you’re new to Spain or looking to strengthen your English language skills, our beginner and intermediate sessions are designed to help you grow, both personally and professionally.

Recently, team members from our Spanish classes took their learning outdoors and joined their teacher for a 7.9km hike through Valle del Tiétar . Starting from the beautiful village of San Esteban del Valle, the group practiced their Spanish in real conversations, shared laughs, soaked in the scenery, and capped off the day with “patatas revolconas” and pizza.

This adventure reinforced our belief that learning is most powerful when it’s active, practical, and shared.

Thomas Jefferson University MBA Students Visit Anteriad Spain!

We were pleased to welcome a group of MBA students from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia to Anteriad Spain this week!

Their visit began in our onboarding room, where they received an introduction to our company and how we help businesses navigate the B2B landscape. From there, they toured our office, gaining firsthand insights into the roles of our teams and how we collaborate to drive results.

Engaging with these future business leaders was a fantastic experience, and we enjoyed sharing our expertise while gaining fresh perspectives from their academic journey. We have no doubt they’re on the path to great success!

Anteriad Ambassador Program

Sinéad and Daragh

Great people know great people! That's why at Anteriad Spain we celebrate our team playing a key role in helping us find colleagues who embody our values and culture.

The Anteriad Ambassador Program was created to empower employees to help us find top talent by recommending people they know who share our work ethic and mindset. Any Anteriad Spain employee can become an ambassador by referring a friend, former colleague, or connection for one of our open roles. Once a referral is hired and part of our team for half a year, the Anteriad “Ambassador” will get a special bonus for introducing us!

Here is our latest Anteriad Ambassador success story: Sinéad and Daragh!

Interested in learning more about this program? Ask our Recruitment team for details.

Who are Sinéad and Daragh?

Sinéad: I’m from Kildare in Ireland but I moved to Madrid in 2018 after finishing a degree in French and Spanish. I started in Anteriad back when it was known as BNZSA, and I’ve been here almost five years now! Outside of work, I’m involved with the local GAA club Madrid Harps where I’ve been on the committee for the last few years. I also enjoy going to concerts and festivals when I can!

Daragh: I came to Madrid from Dublin about 2 years ago on the strong recommendations of some friends and haven’t looked back since! I started at Anteriad 9 months ago and since then have enjoyed a nice lifestyle of both playing and watching football games, exercising, going to museums and spending any spare time I can in Retiro park!

What teams do you work on?

Sinéad: I’m the Field Marketing Manager, so I work with the global marketing team while also handling local marketing and communications for Europe. My job is very varied, so I work with many of our local teams in Spain, including Sales, HR, and Office Management!

Daragh: I’m on the Wholigans, an amazing group of UK, Ireland and Nordic Rockers, lead wonderfully by Ali. The atmosphere on our Tuesday team days is always so energetic and we have a great time together in our well-earned happy hours!

What do you like most about working here?

Sinéad: Most people will give you the same answer—the people! And there’s a reason for that. There’s a great sense of community in the office. With such an international environment, I love meeting people from all walks of life. I’ve met some of my best friends working here!

Daragh: I could very easily copy Sinéad's answer, but for the sake of variety, I’ll say the work-life balance it allows you to have. With the option to work from home some days and the considerably manageable work schedule, it allows you to feel satisfied in having worked during the week but having more than enough time leftover to fully enjoy Madrid and life in general.

What advice would you give to someone starting at Anteriad?

Sinéad: Jump right into it. The Onboarding team will get you up and running, and beyond that, there is such an opportunity to learn and grow your career here. Never be afraid to ask questions!

Daragh: Calling can be terrifying at first, but if you look at it as a skill rather than a job, then you can start not only to improve, but to enjoy the process! Responding dynamically to DMs, improvising, and perfecting your CRM management in your own style are all things that you can increase proficiency in over time. And the results for doing so - while financially beneficial, which is nice - feel absolutely amazing!

🎄Celebrating Together🎉

At Anteriad Spain, we believe the best teams are built on shared moments and celebrations – big and small! Beyond our weekly BBQs and quarterly Anteriad-versary T-shirt ceremonies, we make time to celebrate the things that bring us joy all year round: from spooky fun at Halloween 🎃 to spreading love on Valentine’s Day 💖, festive cheer at Christmas 🎅, and, of course, our legendary Summer Party! ☀️

Last Friday, we wrapped up the year in style with holiday magic, laughter, and team spirit. Our company-wide Secret Santa exchange was a hit, and the entire crew came together to celebrate a fantastic year. ✨

Take a look at the highlights from our Christmas festivities and see why being part of Anteriad Spain feels so special. 🌟
