Role Description:
The work as a Business Development Representative (BDR) consists of calling companies located in the United States and speaking to the IT managers. There is no selling on the phone. Our job is to gather information by asking the right questions on relevant IT-related topics. The aim of the call is to generate a "lead": setting up a meeting between the IT manager and our client's sales representative.
Qualifications:
- C2 English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven mentality & can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- The place of residence must be located in the Madrid region (Comunidad de Madrid)
- Able to work legally in Spain
- Experience in lead generation and business development is a plus
- Experience with Google Products is a plus
Uncapped Commission System:

Afternoon shift
Although we propose a full-time job with a full-time salary, you will only work 30 hours per week.
Your Profile:
- Native English
- High level in another European language is desirable, but not required
- Experience in sales and/or telemarketing is a plus, but not a requirement
- Target-driven mentality & can-do attitude
